CRY5520 -
CRYSOUND
CRY5520 Audio signal generator uses SCM for sweep control and the digital-analog mode and performs stably. With very low distortion, sine wave output, good stability, and frequency range for the entire audio frequency domain, it is especially suitable for the pure tone test of speakers and headphones. It can work in both logarithmic sweep and manual frequency modulation modes. The sweep start point, end point and sweep time can be set randomly. Manual frequency modulation is divided into rough modulation and fine modulation, which can quickly and accurately modulate frequency. It adopts 128 × 64 dot matrix LCD and simultaneously displays frequency and voltage values with synchronous output.

Testing House, Inc.
Design For Test (DFT) is a technique used to implement certain testability features into a product. Testing House can provide an analysis of the CAD data for testability of your circuit board. Access to a board can be very difficult as boards get smaller and designs get more densely populated. We can work with your design engineer to improve testability and maintain an effective in-circuit test. When access to the board is limited and boundary scan devices are present, we can provide the customer a list of key nodes that will require access in order to provide a very effective test. Our analysis will provide a list of all the accessible test points and an explanation for any nodes declared inaccessible.

Parallax Inc.
On-chip debug (OCD) interfaces can provide chip-level control of a target device and are a primary vector used by engineers, researchers, and hackers to extract program code or data, modify memory contents, or affect device operation on-the-fly. JTAGulator is an open source hardware tool that assists in identifying OCD connections from test points, vias, or component pads on a target device.

IST-380 -
IST Information Scan Technology, Inc.
THE IST MODEL 380 is a portable, stand-alone cable/harness tester for testing any cable up to 128 points. It detects opens, shorts, and miswires within one second by comparing the test result with the golden file or the data learned from a sample good cable. The error messages can be shown on the LCD display or printed out on a printer with the correct wire list needing reworking.

Corelis, Inc.
Corelis can provide you with design consultation and an analysis of your design for boundary-scan testability. We will review your design and make specific recommendations that if implemented will improve the testability. We can also suggest improvements that will increase test coverage and allow boundary-scan to be implemented in a more cost-effective manner. This service also includes a DFT test coverage analysis that we recommend to do after schematic capture and before PCB layout. At this stage of product development, Corelis provides you with a comprehensive test coverage reports that identifies all of the boundary-scan nets and pins and classifies them as completely tested, partially tested, or not tested. The report also recommends where to add test points (pads) for physical “nails” access if additional test coverage is required.

Flex Tap VHD -
Keysight Network Applications and Security
Flex Tap VHD is a modular, very high density fiber tap available, offering up to 36 taps in a 19 inch 1U space, to reduce IT costs while helping ensure availability of security and business critical applications. Network taps (test access points) are a key part of the access layer of a visibility architecture because they are an unobtrusive way to capture monitoring data. They offer comprehensive traffic visibility for network monitoring and security tools that do not introduce points of failure in the network. Ixia has a large variety of network taps on the market today, offering speeds from 1Gbps to 100Gbps, single and multi-mode, as well as different fiber types and support for Cisco bidirectional (BiDi) transceivers.

CX-F01 -
Shenzhen Chuangxin Instruments Co., Ltd.
This device is according to the IEC60320-1 standard requirement to design. Appliance inlets designed for surface mounting and having a shroud of metal, are compressed in an appropriate test apparatus, an example of which is shown in figure 20. The spherical end of the jaws shall have a radius of 20mm±1mm. A force of 40N±2N shall be applied for 60s±6s through the jaws to the most unfavourable point half-way up the outer surface of the shroud, in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the shroud. After the test, there shall be no deformation or loosening of the shroud such as will impair the further use of the appliance inlet.

Hubbell Power Systems Inc
The purpose of the Energized Cable Sensor is to allow the lineman to readily determine whether a URD cable is energized. The sensor consists of an amplifier which is designed to give a meter reading when the small AC voltage between the semi-conductive sheath and the concentric neutral of the energized URD cable is applied to the test probe. The amplifier is housed in a rugged phenolic case. Sensor may be used to check for energized condition on concentric-neutral cable below an elbow without test points. At cable mid-span (left), hose clamps bridge all strands of concentric neutral at the test location. Sensor’s neutral lead clips to one of the hose clamps. Tip on probe lead contacts only semi-conductive cable sheath to test for voltage presence.

FFT Series -
Rtec Instruments
Fretting wear is a test where surface damage occurs between two contacting surfaces experiencing oscillatory displacement of small amplitude. At the contact point, lubricant/coating is squeezed out or the low amplitude motion does not permit the contact area to be re lubricated/ debris dislodge resulting in serious local wear occurs. This type of wear causes two-body abrasion, adhesion and/or fretting fatigue wear.
